Established in 1962 and registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, Registration number RP 203 dated 10^th October 1991, in Lahore.

Mian Muhammad Trust Hospital also has been certified by "Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy".

Objectives are to provide subsidized, and when required, free medical care to deserving patients, training of female nurses/midwives etc. Currently about 1500 patients are treated monthly through hospitalization, and another 12,000 as out patients.
